Will the coverage be as good as my liquid foundation?
We believe the coverage from our mineral makeup foundation is excellent, it offers a flawless full coverage and you only need a little foundation. Your foundation will stay on for hours, just gently blot any moisture from the skin instead of rubbing.
Are your products animal tested?
No! Our Products are Vegan friendly and we do not condone animal testing.
What shade of your mineral foundation should I get?
We have sample sizes of our foundations. It is a good idea to try these samples before buying so you know exactly what shade is best for you.
Are your products completely allergy free?
These product are made using the most gentle and least number of ingredients, however it is impossible to say that it is completely allergy free for everyone who uses it.
Do these minerals have a sun protection factor?
All the ingredients used to make these foundations are manufactured in accordance with European Union Cosmetics Regulations. Our foundations have not been assessed specifically to measure their SPF so we are not able to state a specific sun protection factor number. Please always use a sunscreen lotion when in the sun.
What is Mineral Makeup?
Mineral Makeup is cosmetics made mostly of naturally occurring minerals mined from the earth which have been ground into powder form.
Why does the item I ordered look slightly different from my last order?
Due to the fact that all of our products are made from natural ingredients it is likely there will be some slight differences with how powders appear because they are made from naturally occuring ingredients.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do accept returns only if the item has not been opened or used, this due to hygiene issues. If you wish to return an unopened but unwanted item please contact us for return instructions within 7days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price when we receive the returned item.
What are the ingredients used?
Titanium dioxide, Zinc and Iron oxides, Sericite, Kaolin clay, kosher rice powder and Corn starch. With the exception of the transluscent mineral veil,corn starch is not used in any of the other products.Some eye shadows and blushes might contain Mica. For specific ingredients in each item please see the item description.
Do you use bismuth oxychloride?
It makes some people feel itchy, so we do not use it.
How long will it take before my item arrives?
We strive to dispatch all items within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. In most cases items are delivered by Royalmail within 24 to 72 hours of dispatch.
