Will the coverage be as good as my liquid foundation?
The coverage from mineral makeup foundation is excellent, it offers a flawless coverage and you only need a little foundation. Also your foundation will stay on all day, just blot moisture from the skin instead of rubbing off.
Which foundation should I get?
We have samples of our different foundation shades in 3 categories of Fair, Light, Medium,Tan and dark. It is a good idea to try these samples before buying the kits or loose foundation so you know exactly what shade to get.
Are your products completely allergy free?
These product are made using the most gentle ingredients, however it is impossible to say that it is completely allergy free for everyone who uses it.
Do these minerals have a sun protection factor?
All the ingredients used to make these foundations are manufactured in accordance with European Union Cosmetics Regulations. Our foundations have not been assessed specifically to measure their SPF so we are not able to state a specific sun protection factor number. Please always use a sunscreen lotion when in the sun.
Do you accept returns?
No we do not accept returns if the item has been opened because of hygiene issues. Please try one of our sample packs to make sure you get the right shade and also that you like the foundation before buying a larger size item. However if you wish to return an unopened item please contact us for return instructions within 7days of receipt.
What are the ingredients used?
Titanium dioxide, Zinc and Iron oxides, some eye shadows and blushes might contain Mica, Sericite, Kaolin clay, kosher rice powder and Corn starch. With the exception of the mineral veil corn starch is not used in any of the other products.
How long will it take before my item arrives?
We strive to dispatch all items within 24-72 hours of receiving payment (echecks take 2weeks to clear so your item will take longer to arive if you pay by echeck). In most cases items are delivered by Royalmail within 24 to 72 hours of dispatch, however sometimes it can take longer, unfortunately we have no control over delivery times.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Shipping
We aim to despatch products within 72 hours of accepting your order. Products that are despatched by our nominated carrier will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD).
Due to issues of hygiene we do not accept returns; please buy one of our samples if unsure of the right shade for you. If you buy an item and you feel it is too light or too dark, let us know about this problem within 7 days and we will send you extra minerals to correct the problem ( this offer applies only to the purchase of a foundation).
Availability
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock we will contact you within 24 hours from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date.
If we have received payment from you for goods out of stock, or you do not wish to wait for goods to become available, and/or decline our offer of substitute goods, we will refund any monies due within 24 hours of receiving your instructions.
